I’m Jake Bennett, founder of Summit Shop Design. With over 15 years in commercial automotive construction as a project manager and service manager — and 2 years building homes for Lennar as a construction manager — I’ve spent nearly two decades in environments where precision, durability, and accountability aren’t optional… they’re the standard.

Those years taught me how to lead complex projects, coordinate trades, solve real‑world problems on the fly, and deliver results that stand the test of time. I bring that same standard to every remodel and tenant improvement we take on.

Today, Summit Shop Design blends high‑quality craftsmanship with a rugged, boots‑on‑the‑ground work ethic. We specialize in residential renovations and commercial TI, handling everything from planning and permitting to final finishes — with clear communication and dependable scheduling at every step.

My goal is simple: create spaces that feel refined, perform reliably, and are built with the same toughness and attention to detail that shaped my career.

 From concept to completion, we handle every detail. With in-house design, expert consulting, and licensed professionals, we deliver results that last.

 A Colorado native who loves building classic cars, mountain biking, and Off roading in the Colorado Rockies. When I’m not designing custom shop layouts, I’m exploring the outdoors with my two rescue dogs, Zeus and Kiko, or working on my next project in the garage.
